Sourced from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, a farmer-owned cooperative spanning the lush highlands of Piura and Amazonas, this medium roast is a study in elegant balance. Salted caramel sweetness leads the way, followed by a silky, smooth body and a bright citrus lift that keeps every sip feeling fresh and alive.
Sun-dried and gully washed at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,700 meters — the kind of elevation that produces coffee worth savoring slowly, even in a pod.
