Not every great coffee announces itself loudly. Nicaragua lets the cup do the talking.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the high-altitude hills of Molino Norte, Matagalpa — one of Central America’s most respected coffee regions — this medium roast is a study in quiet sophistication. Rich cocoa notes weave through delicate floral tones and a bright citrus lift, all balanced on a smooth, approachable body. Fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, then carefully dried on patios and raised beds for exceptional clarity.
The coffee for those who appreciate subtlety.
